IMPORTANT - INJECTOR SERVICE INFORMATION

 
QUALIFY THE INJECTORS TO BE SERVICED BY PART NUMBER AND APPLICATION.
 
CORROSION OR RUST CONTAMINATION IN INJECTOR INLET CANNOT BE PROPERLY CLEANED. CLEANING INJECTOR WILL NOT RESOLVE PROBLEM AND INJECTORS MUST BE REPLACED.
 
INJECTORS WITH BROKEN OR DAMAGED PINTLE TIPS CANNOT BE REPAIRED. INJECTORS MUST BE REPLACED.
 
BEFORE DISASSEMBLING THE INJECTOR, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY REPAIR COMPONENTS. SOME INJECTOR COMPONENTS CANNOT BE REPLACED OR ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM ASNU. REFER TO THE INJECTOR INDEX.
 
ADAPTER APPLICATIONS: WE ARE NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY EVERY APPLICATION THIS IS ONLY A GUIDE, PLEASE REPER TO PAGES TO THE INJECTOR INDEX.
 
ACCESSORY INFORMATION: REFER TO PAGES
 
FOR THE BEST PERFORMANCE, CLEANED INJECTORS SHOULD BE INSTALLED IN VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY AFTER SERVICING WITH ASNU.
 
SHELF LIFE: SERVICED INJECTORS THAT WILL NOT BE RE-INSTALLED TO A VIHICLE ENGINE MUST BE TREATED WITH AN INHIBITER AND FITTED WITH EITHER ASNU 24 OR ASNU25 DUST PROTECTION CAPS. FAILURE TO FOLLOW RECOMENDATIONS COULD RESULT IN SEIZURE OF INTERNAL COMPONENTS. REFER TO ASNU OPERATION MANUAL FOR PROPER PROCEDURE.
 
DUST PROTECTION CAPS MUST BE INSTALLED TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION & PRESURVE INJECTOR SHELF LIFE. SEE INJECTOR INDEX TO SELECT PROPER PROTECTIVE CAPS.
